"Financial Peace" Sessions

Nationally recognized financial adviser Dave Ramsey, author of "The Total Money Makeover," is the featured presenter in the 13-week DVD series "Financial Peace University" to be offered at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 207 W. Louise St. in Waterloo, facilitated by Revs Sheryl and Mike Campbell.

Sessions including getting out of debt, budgeting, saving, insurances, selling and buying your home (or when to rent), investing overviews of various kinds and more!  This series will be offered Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm, beginning July 10, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church.

The first session is free.  Participant kits including the workbooks and take home recordings will be made available at a modest cost.  (The kit is $94, one-time charge, and that is all per household--husbands and wives share!).  That fee also enables you to attend any future sessions offered ANYWHERE for no further charge.  You will have a special access code for this class to get into special online resources for 15 weeks beginning July 10.  (You can get in on that also in any future classes you would attend anywhere.)

For more information call 319-232-4790, email pastor@stpaulsumcwaterloo.com, or go to www.daveramsey.com/fpu.

A presentation of the same series will begin July 11, Monday nights, at First Presbyterian Church in Reinbeck, Iowa - also facilitated by the Campbells.

Sunny Lane and her husband will be taking the class with us so that will be fun.  If you have to miss a class or two, don't worry as we have three different options for you to choose from.
