We need your help to Paint the Cedar Valley Blue Being selected as a Blue Zone Community offers tangible benefits for our Cedar Valley Businesses. As an active Blue Zones company, we can expect to drop health care expenses, decrease absenteeism, and increase productivity.
The Cedar Valley is competing with 58 other Iowa cities to win one of three or four spots to receive funding to create a healthier culture. But winning this opportunity requires community participation.
Blue Zones are geographically defined areas where people live measurably longer, and if we all Pledge to Live a Healthier Life, the Cedar Valley has a chance to become one.
Please take a moment and either text BZP” to 772937 or go to http://bluezonesproject.com/citizens/signup to sign up today and pledge to live a healthier life. This won’t cost you anything. We need to prove that we all want the opportunity to transform our community.
Please follow our community’s progress by going to http://www.bluezonesproject.com/scoreboard.
Thanks for your support.
