SICU / DHC Construction Notice Phases 1 and 2 or the Surgery Renovation Project are near completion. We will move to Phase 3 next week to renovate the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Digestive Health Center areas.
The second-floor corridor to the Medical Office Building will close from October 15, 2012 – January 30, 2013. Doors at both ends of the corridor (see photos) will be sealed.
This will affect patient and visitor flow to Allen OB/GYN, vascular and thoracic surgery offices, cardiac surgery offices, Waterloo Internal Medicine/Iowa Health Physicians, outpatient pharmacy, Psychiatric Associates and valet parking.
We are advising affected offices and patients. Please advise your patients and visitors as well so they can use another route. Call or contact Ben Stevens at 235-3939 or stevensbw@ihs.org with questions or issues.
