Cupcake War Results
Ambulatory Services and Patient Access raised over $2,700 during the cupcake war on Thursday for the American Heart Association. Although the Judges’ Choice award was shared by both teams (it was a tie!), the Popular Choice goes to…..Patient Access! Thank you to everyone who baked or bought cupcakes - it was a huge success.

The 2012 Allen Associate Incentive Payout Is Today
Associates who were employed by September 1, 2012 will be receiving a company incentive payment today in the February 15, 2013 paycheck. There are a number of exclusions:
• Contracted associates
• Allen College, Grundy and Sumner associates
• Independent contractors
• Associates included in any other incentive programs
• Any associates with fewer than 100 hours of work in 2012
Payment is based upon the company’s meeting two key goals:
• Patient Experience – HCAHPS scores
• Allen’s Operating Margin
Allen did not meet Threshold on HCAHPS. We did hit Target on our operating margin for the year. Based upon our payment matrix, the maximum payout this year will be $225. Some employees will receive less due to the plan’s provisions for pro-rating based upon paid hours during the year. If you are a newer associate or someone part time, your payment is calculated accordingly. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your HR Business Partner.

Theatre opens at 7:45am and shows start at 8:30am. Limit 6 tickets per associate and kids must be supervised by an adult. Bring correct change as credit cards are not accepted. Movie prices at $3.00 for regular movies and $6.00 for 3D movies.
