Dr. Tafish completed his residency in neurology at Oklahoma University Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, where he received an outstanding residency award.  He completed a vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Medicine and  Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey. He received his medical education at University of Mansoura in Egypt. His professional interests include stroke, headache, neuromuscular disease and movement disorders.

Dr. Almullahassani (Hassani) comes to Allen from a position as clinical neurophysiology fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He graduated in the top of his medical school class at the Damascus University School of Medicine in Damascus, Syria. His clinical interests include neuromuscular disease, movement disorders, seizures/epilepsy and stroke.
