Interested in a heart make-over? Do you have questions about which foods are better for your heart? Do you or your loved one have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or other heart condition? If so, this is the class for you!

In this class, we'll discuss:
♥  The different types of fats (saturated, trans, omega-3, etc.), which foods they are in, and how they affect heart health, cholesterol, and blood pressure. 
♥  The importance of fiber for your heart and your waistline.
♥  The role of soy and flax seed.
♥  Ways to cut sodium out of your meals.
♥  Tips for shopping and cooking.

Treats provided (try a homemade cookie made with flax)!

All classes are presented by a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist.
