Labor & Birth Class Print

Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm 
 
Details:

The Labor and Birth Class is designed to provide participants with up-to-date information about labor and delivery. Some comfort strategies during labor and relaxation techniques will be included in the class content. It should be taken in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Due to similarities of class topics, it isn't necessary to take the Childbirth or Lamaze Class and this class.
