TSH Test (thyroid-stimulating hormone): $5
Vitamin D: $15

FASTING GUIDELINES: A 12 hour fast is ideal – no food or beverages, except water.  It is ok to take prescription medications. Drinking plenty of water prior to screening will assure hydration.
