Pre-Diabetes Class Print

Details:

A monthly 2-hour class to help you reduce your risks for developing type 2 diabetes. Classes will focus on the importance of lifestyle changes, including healthy eating, increased activity/exercise, and weight management.

Cost of the class covers educational materials and a step counter.

Physician referral not needed.
