Allen Wound Care Center Recognized for 2011 Results Tuesday, 10 April 2012 The Allen Wound and Hyperbaric Center has been awarded the Center of Distinction Award by Diversified Clinical Services Inc., the world’s leading wound-care management company. The Center has achieved outstanding patient outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including patient satisfaction greater than 92 percent, and a 91-percent wound healing rate within 30 median days to heal. more... ![]() Care Initiatives to Build New Skilled Nursing Home Next to Allen College Wednesday, 4 April 2012 Care Initiatives will build a 90-bed skilled nursing home facility on almost 10 acres of land in northeast Waterloo near Allen College. Care Initiatives purchased the land from Allen Health System. The new facility will replace the Care Initiatives Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center located at 310 Upland Drive in Waterloo. It is anticipated that all of the current residents of Parkview will move to the new facility. He took three deliberate steps toward the putting green rug and repeatedly eyed the "hole" at the end of the green. After two practice putts Gehrke made contact with the small white ball and sent it rolling.
