Located in the hospital’s Logan Avenue lobby, the Allen Gift Shop offers patients and visitors a variety of timely and thoughtful gifts. Allen Hospital volunteers staff the Gift Shop and are eager to help you choose just the right gift for your friend or loved one. We are always updating our shop with the latest trends to provide you with the best selection. You can now shop online at our brand new online store. Your order will be processed and delivered during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

If you're from out of town or unable to make it to our shop in person, you may place your order by phone. We accept Visa and MasterCard and can be reached during regular business hours at (319) 235-3880 . Before we process your order, we will first verify that the patient is still in the hospital and can receive your item. We will deliver your gift during normal working hours, usually the same day the order is placed. We mail the receipt the day of the charge. All phone orders are final (no returns, refunds or exchanges).

Delivery Information

Gifts are delivered during regular Gift Shop hours. Delivery service is not available on holidays and is available only for patients at Allen Hospital. We do not deliver off-campus.
